  • 1,000th License Issued. Congratulations to David Meekins after being issued with the 1,000th PEAF license, We believe this is a milestone in the evolution of the discipline of Enterprise Architecture and we look forward to other people discovering and adopting a Pragmatic approach to EA.

  • A new Tool Vendor has attained PEAF Certified Tool Vendor status.

  • The 160 Challenge Document and page has been up dated to include all attempted purpose postings and to include word cloud analysis.

  • The PEAF Certified Tool Vendor slide set has been updated with more content and also now incorporates the 160 Character Challenge analysis.

  • Language translation added to the PEAF website and sections made clearer.

  • A new Discussions page has been added which lists all the questions, answers, comments and statements Kevin has made in response to a multitude of postings on numerous discussion boards.

November 2008

  • The website has now been updated to a much more professional design. You should be able to find what you want much easier with clear navigation via menus or by clicking on the PEAF graphic.

  • The website has been updated with better descriptions for each part of the framework.

  • Framework - Overview (PDF) has been updated with better descriptions for each part of the framework.

  • There was a problem in that the graphics in some PDF files did not display correctly or caused Acrobat to spend a long time trying to draw them. These graphics have now been replaced by Device Independent Bitmaps and therefore the PDF’s display much faster.

  • The communication documents have now been published as the original Powerpoint files as well as PDF’s

  • A new document has been published: Governance – Process.

  • The Framework Framework document PDF link was linking to the wrong file. This link has now been corrected and the document has also been renamed from pea-framework-framework.pdf to pea-framework-overview.pdf
