PEAF Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use PEAF for commercial purposes, your organisation must hold a valid PEAF Annual Commercial License in addition to being certified to provide the products and/or services you supply.

For example, if you wish to use PEAF within another organisation other than your own, wish to provide PEAF based consultancy, or would like to provide training on PEAF. These are examples though and a license is required for any commercial use of PEAF. You will also need a PEAF Annual Commercial License if you wish to become a PEAF Certified Tool Vendor.

The PEAF Annual Commercial License covers all full-time employees of the the licensing organisation, and permits the PEAF documentation to be distributed freely within that organisation, without each employee having to have to obtain their own Individual Consultant License although if they wish to do so, this is also possible.

If you wish to evaluate PEAF for commercial use, Individuals of your organisation can so so under a free PEAF Non-Commercial License, but the evaluation cannot be for commercial gain.

Licenses are issued with the following terms: -

• Any use must be attributable to PEAF and Pragmatic EA.

• Details of the license issued will be posted on the website.

• The Licensee is entitled to use the PEAF Licensee Logo on resume's, websites and other promotional materials.

• When used on a website the logo must link back to www.PragmaticEA.com
